He began his professional journey as a first responder in the Bay Area, working long hours and overtime to turn his vision of investing into reality. Through discipline and persistence, he was able to build a foundation that allowed him to transition fully into real estate.

Today, Kevin manages Godbey Property Ventures full time and is focused on continuing to scale the business across all aspects of real estate in the Bay Area.
